CANCELLATION POLICY

🗓RESCHEDULING: In order to not lose your deposit, you must reschedule your appointment 24hrs before your appointment. ❌CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your appointment the same day, you will lose your deposit. Please cancel at least 24hrs before your appointment. 🚫NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your appointment and do not notify me you will be blocked from booking in the future. 💅🏼REPAIRS: If your nail brakes or lose a rhinestone 72hrs after your appointment, I will fix it for FREE. Anything after you will be charged. 🚯SOAK OFF/REMOVAL: I do offer soak offs to remove your previous set for an extra cost. It can be booked as an add on. When booking please add this to your service or notify me before your appointment that you will need a removal. If you have nail polish on you will be charged an extra $5 for removal.
